I think Tibet Mirror should respect the international copyright laws and thereby need to ask for the permission of the photographer to publish their photos in your website. It is a serious violation and hopefully correct it at earnest. If Tibet Mirror got the permission from the photographer, it would be better to take off the previous comment by Brian Miller.
